description of the project

European Youth Murals - zarejestrowano 26.09.2012
The idea of European youth murals is not only to help promote peace within understanding of other countries by students illustrating there unique cultures and communities or concepts they believe represent friendship or peace. The project will also help develop the bringing life into learning and learning to life idea a little closer. The project enables many subjects to come together and work towards and within one objective. The English language,art,culture and geography being the leading topics with probabilities of other subjects like music in the form of songs like national anthems being incorporated. Murals might included flags, landscapes,landmarks, notable citizens/leaders, festivals, holidays, holy days and native cuisine, clothing or proverbs. Students might depicted their schools, homes or themselves. Students may include text in their artwork. When possible, they would include English translations of text. It would be nice if you could give an explaination about the symbolism or meaning of your mural (150 words or less.
